Make it a goal to answer within 24 hours EVERY time someone communicates with you. It is true for both personal and professional situations.
This goes for emails, texts, calls, etc.
By the way, your response doesn’t necessarily have to always be the full solution to the problem. Even an answer just to say that you will deal with the issue soon can make a big difference.
The faster you answer people, the better it looks, both for you and your business.
A 24 hour goal is good. Same day is better. Within an hour is even better.
