So much of anxiety is caused by worrying that we aren’t good enough.
We are afraid that we aren’t good enough at work.
We are afraid that we aren't good enough in our personal relationships.
We are afraid that we aren’t good enough in social situations.
The best way to eliminate this kind of anxiety is a 100% commitment to being yourself and letting the chips fall where they may.
This is not to say that we should just let ourselves go and never work on self improvement. It is also not an excuse for treating people badly.
The idea is that we are who we are. Our core “selves” is not changing. The faster we can accept and embrace this idea, the better off we will be.
