Sometimes people don’t get along. It’s part of life.
When you do have a disagreement, argument, or dispute, be an adult about it and handle it face to face. Don’t hide behind your Facebook, Twitter, email, or other digital platform that makes you feel empowered.
Also, written words are much more easily misunderstood than in person words. It’s much easier to understand and be understood when you can communicate with more than just words.

I am not a hardcore “set goals or fail” guy, but having a sense of where you are trying to go can make the difference between success and failure.
Specific goals can improve your motivation, organization, and execution of ideas. The more organized you are, the better.

Confident people are comfortable. They commit to being true to themselves and letting the chips fall where they may.
This does not mean to suggest that you should be rude, ruthless, or classless just because you aren’t worried about being liked. Good character still wins.
